WITH ALMOST 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND OVER HALF OF THAT AT CMA ARCHITECTS DAVID HAS SHOWN HIMSELF TO BE A RESOURCEFUL AND RELIABLE CONTRIBUTOR TO THE FIRST-CLASS SERVICE WE HAVE ENDEAVOURED TO DELIVER. HIS MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ARE A RESOURCE THAT THE WHOLE OFFICE BENEFITS FROM. WITH AN ENCYCLOPAEDIC RECAL OF PROJECTS STRETCHING BACK DECADES WE OFTEN RELY ON PARTS OF THAT RECOLLECTION OF DESIGN INFORMATION TO HELP FIND NEW SOLUTIONS TO OLD PROBLEMS. David manages our projects involved with adaptations and site monitoring. He has excellent interpersonal skills and understands to a great degree from his experience how older residents live and inhabit their homes. He generates innovative and original ideas to improve their everyday living conditions. He has produced a range of inventive and creative solutions for adapting buildings to suit a range of referred conditions that have provided increased quality of life to many people, young and old, allowing them to stay in the houses that have become long accustomed to.
He has an extensive body of experience in remodelling and refurbishment of old properties, tenements and disused social housing, preparing effective design solutions fit for modern living purposes. He is familiar with Housing for Varying Needs and Secure by Design initiatives.
His experience also has provided him with a considerable ability in managing our site inspection, monitoring and Clerk of Work services that we also offer to clients. He also has a broad ability and range of experience in working for Local Government bodies, Housing associations and private clients.
