Various Housing Association and RSL Clients
At CMA we have built up a comprehensive and thorough experience of working on a varied range of refurbishment projects and Stage 3 Adaptations for Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords. These can range from the very minor up to complete overhaul of old housing stock. We have completed an extensive range of adaptations all across Scotland from the Borders to the Western Isles. We follow on from the Occupational Therapist report and liaise directly with the RSL clients and the residents themselves. Other refurbishments and Adaptations within the last three years includes a raft of small works to properties on Arran and other locations to add accessible WC/ Shower facilities to suit older residents, allowing them to stay on in the homes they have lived in for many years, Access ramps throughout the west coast to create level access, larger windows in bedrooms to combat the effects of Seasonally Adjusted Disorder (SAD), remodelling entire flats/ houses to create adapted living space for residents in wheelchairs and other important changes to allow residents to continue to live in the places that they have made their homes.
We are always very sensitive to the needs of the residents and handle these requests with the upmost respect to all. Ther is no adaptation too small because if it makes a difference to the resident that means a higher quality of living. That’s worth pursuing.

In addition to Stage 3 Adaptations for Occupational Therapy reasons we have also carried out tenemental repairs. We have completed we have a comprehensive background with successfully completed works to dozens of refurbishment projects as small selection of these are listed below:
